This notice is to make the general public aware that S3 Global Multi-Strategy Fund (Valletta) SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Sub-Fund, Sub-Fund M. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 19 January 2021, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
