This notice is to make the general public aware that Titan Opportunities Fund IC SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 25 June 2020, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
