The Superintendence of Relations with Companies (SEP) of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) reversed the suspension of the registration as a publicly-held company of Longdis SA, pursuant to art. 53 of CVM Instruction 480, as the company has forwarded all periodic information with delivery due date up to the present date.

The suspension had occurred on 7/14/2020 , due to non-compliance, for over a year, with the obligation to provide information to the Autarchy.
