The Superintendence of Corporate Relations (SEP) reversed the suspension of company registration open  from NASA Securitization  SA ,pursuant to art. 53 of  CVM  Instruction 48, due to the fact that the company has forwarded all periodic information with delivery due date up to the present date.  

The  suspension had occurred on 8/20/2021, due to the non-compliance, for more than a year, with the obligation to provide information to the Autarchy.
