STM Malta Pension Services Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its certificate of recognition as a Back-Office Administrator in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap.514. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This termination is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 25 August 2020, the Company will cease to be recognised as a Back-Office Administrator.
