The CMF participates in the first meeting of the public private dialog network of the capital market organized by the BID

May 18^th, 2018. – The Financial Market Commission (CMF) reports that the commissioner, Kevin Cowan will participate as a speaker in the first meeting of public private dialog network of the capital market (Capilac) “Towards a new regional securities market” organized by the Interamerican Development Bank (BID (Banco Interamericano del Desarrollo)) in the city of Washington D.C. United States, to be held between May 21^st and 22^nd this year.

Issues addressed at this seminar will relate to financial integration, the work done in Chile in this field and, the commitments made in the Pacific Alliance, as well as issues related to the FINTECH industry.

Moreover, commissioner Cowan will participate in meetings with the BID to address collaboration spaces in the area of FINTECH; and collaboration with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
