The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.findealadvisers.com where an unknown entity presents itself under the name of Findeal Advisers, claims to be established at 7a rue Thomas Edison, L-1445 Luxembourg, and offers investment services.
The CSSF informs the public that the entity, which presents itself on the above website as Findeal Advisers, is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
The CSSF would like to specify that the investment firm, Findeal Advisers S.A., which is duly authorised in Luxembourg in accordance with the Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector and supervised by the CSSF, has no relation with the website referred to in this warning.
